I have saved up all year long for my birthday present and I have amounted up to RM1000+(16 year old only mah) and I originally wanted to buy the 360 because my only gaming console is a PSP and I sold my old PS2 for the Xbox but when September comes, Apple released the iPod Touch which is the iPhone alternative. I'm a movie buff, I regularly watch movie once a week and having a wide touchscreen portable movie player with a powerful web browser and PDA features is like dream device but alas I can only have one of the two. Any advice on which to choose? I'm pulling my hair because of this.

+ Why Xbox 360 and not Wii or PS3? PS3 is out of the question, unless they can play backup games, I wouldn't dream of buying it. The Wii has graphics similiar to PS2 which doesn't thrill me and I once played Red Steel on it and it was hard to control the character and not very accurate.

Anyways TS, i suggest u consider again for ya option. Ask ya self, btween gaming and movie which one do u like most or u do often. If watch movie more then gaming then why done just go for iPod Touch? As for gaming, maybe pc can satisfy ur needs in term of gaming. As for my personal favor, i would go for iPod Touch since i got a pc to fullfill my gaming needs. Owning a PDA like device are far more better then own a gaming console. Well.. Thats my 2 cent. Dont flame and no hard feeling.

My vote for xbox 360

That's the problem I don't have a platform for gaming. My computer don't have the power to play next gen games so instead of upgrading my computer, I opt for a gaming console because 1. Game installation unnecessary 2. Cheaper hardware wise(try buying the same amount of hardware to play nexgen games compared to console) 3. More games

im gonna get one soon though... ps3 zzz... the graphics is almost the same as xbox 360... why spend more money on blu-ray disc? im quite worried about the RROD...dang =.= ipod touch hmm... you already have a psp why do you still need ipod touch? since you can also watch movies and play songs on it
