發展商加強安全建設工作 Z Residence公寓計劃暫緩

(蒲種14日訊)Trinity集團董事經理拿督梁斯杰指出,公司將暫緩位于武吉加里爾的Z Residence公寓計劃,以進行安全建設工作。

 Z Residence公寓與武吉華聯公寓壁鄰,當地居民擔心新的房屋工程造成當地泥土流失及破壞基建,原有的14棟公寓6440名居民深感安全受威脅,在報章上反映其不滿。

 為了提供居民更全面的建設概念,Trinity集團今日特別召開記者會,向媒體講解工程詳情。

會賠償居民損失

 梁斯杰指出,武吉華聯公寓現有的石壁原是一座山丘,該公寓發展商將山坡剷除至現有樣子。

 他說,公司將逐步夷平該石壁,直到與武吉華聯公寓一樣水平面,期間若造成居民任何損失,公司會作出賠償。

 “挖掘工作將從外至內,所以一旦發生石塊流失問題,武吉華聯公寓不會受影響。”

 梁斯杰續稱,公司也向市政局自薦把當地一段迷失道路,重新銜接起來,Z Residence公寓也會建設新的出入口。

 他強調,重新銜接的路段達800公尺;新的出入口則約200公尺。

 “我們也會加寬現有道路,從原本的兩個車道,增加至4個車道,所以居民無需擔心交通擁擠問題。”

 對于居民擔心的灰塵問題,梁斯杰保證,所有羅里從工地外出前,工人將清洗所有輪胎,並在工地四周按時噴灑水,減少70%灰塵。

 記者會上,梁斯杰一再強調,公司進行的房屋建設工程,已取得大馬公共工程研究院及吉隆坡市政局批准,根據當局安全指南建築。

 他說,市政局將于本月27日(星期三)與當地居民舉行匯報會,公司若獲邀出席,一定會派員出席。

Z Residence

Launching for sale this weekend is 281 units within Block C of Z Residence, located between Bukit OUG condo and the Shah Alam Expressway.

Z Residence comprises four blocks 26 and 27 stories high, with 1136 units in total. The smallest 1032 sq ft units offer two bedrooms while the largest 1407 sq ft units offer three bedrooms.

Prices range from RM450,000-RM650,000, offering price per square foot upwards of RM390. During the launch, a 3% discount is offered. Booking fee is RM5,000.

Z Residence’s developer, Trinity Group, has promised to invest RM3 million to upgrade the road linking Jalan 4/155 with Jalan BK 1/20 and thus the Bukit Jalil highway. Given the proposed location of STN 02 of the Ampang LRT extension, it would take perhaps 10-15 minutes to walk there from Z Residence.
