Early last year when i bought my unit, i bring along my Feng Shui Sifu, he said Feng Shui very good le (dont know what good Qi movement) hmm.gif that time i believe half lo, now totally agree nod.gif (taktau apa feng shui, untung mei good feng shui lo) laugh.gif

JMB STAND FOR JOINT MANAGEMENT BODY, IF GOT TITLE NO NEED TO "JOINT" LO. biggrin.gif


Check out the following links on the Building & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act that is in operation from 12 April 2007. The developer has 12 months from that date to call for the first meeting to form the Joint Management Body. This is good for apartments/condominium where strata titles are not issued yet.

Bk OUG owner dont let go yours unit, keep it for long term. nod.gif Price will shot up tremendously after few new project surrounded completed. With all the new amenities and new infrastructure coming in, BK oug is good to hold for investment n for own stay. laugh.gif

Once The Z n kiara Residence phase 2 get their AP n DL from authority in June o July , than the developer will advertise in newspaper (The Star n Sin Chew....) in full page for at-lest for few months. That time selling at rm390-400psqf soo for 12++sqf roughly rm490kr-m510k n 14++sqf 570k- 600k. (pls check with the developer)

Than how this developer explain the location to their potential buyer?? "next to BK OUG Condominium" whole nation will know BK OUG surrounded by new property n new infrastructure.
