Exism developer had a meeting with JMB on last Friday, developer was pointed their own professional ppl to did the quotation regarding repaint whole B.OUG Condo complex (exterior), it's much more cheaper than our estimation, just RM2million++. Then the financial of Exism maximum allowed to approve RM1million to Bukit OUG Condo as repaint cost only after their internal meeting. They suggested our JMB to bear the cost for the less which is not enough. JMB not reply to them yet and have to bring it to the AGM to discuss with residents first.

Strata Title verification exercise extend to extra one month. Number of people who was did the verification exercise seen not much difference if compare with last month.

New location for the motorcycle parking area with cover for Block 11 (the space expected to accommodate about 15 motorcycles). The other blocks still in looking for the suitable location.

Complaint to the security do not allow the outsider to come in to our condo with the way "Hi! Cari XXXX!" and easier to let them go thru.

and etc...

Because most of JMB received the quotation are more than RM4million to paint whole B.OUG Condo.
But developer can find much more cheaper than us, that is RM2million++ ma...

2million cost is for whole, but they only can spend for half...
How "open" is it? hehe

Some one suggested JMB to request them to pay all rather than just half bcoz they still maintain their 1st proposal to build 33 storey condo, some more heard that they not only will build 2 block...

Actually Exism development design all is going to "natural & fresh" concept. Of course very expensive too. If they "tarik balik" their promises, it will only affect their company reputation only because they announced this good news infront YB. Teresa Kok & press reporter. The next is their sale will not ideal at the end if they not offer us to repaint the whole complex.

Aiyo....if u r the owner of the B.oug ...i am first person to kick u out from the meeting...

U know what is actual happen....they are "sponsor" (sponsor need ppl to share the money meh)  us to repaint...in order to make their sale more easy. .....In Chinese always said "Face u take all, and money u oni pay half". U think 1m can gao dim us.....no way...

B.OUG still have a lot pending to maintain....money are crucial for B.OUG.....every cents spend is important to B.OUG. We wouldn't spend any single cents because suit other people purpose.

Bear in mind, first application to get permit from DBKL already rejected due to our protest. now they are re-apply again, if we are protest again...i think the chances to get the permit even lesser. If the Rainz developer cannot get the permit....mean the link road cannot make it.... ZR will "kena" a bit hit....  If you are the investor....u will buy KR or ZR now......
