Anybody here know Rainz developer got their permit or not? when they are going help us to repaint the building???

Rainz developer not yet get their permit. They have sent somebody to observe the cost block by block for the repaint since last few weeks.
JMB also feel embarrassed to contact them regarding the repaint status because they still not get the permit.

Currently management spend by our own fund abt 1 million to repaint the CL, L1, G floor & upgrading the Ground floor lift lobby at the moment 1st.

Bro Vin, since got ppl here very concern the money usage, can you obtain a break down list from our JMB and post it here. 

For me, i am OK because every year before the AGM i will go through their financial statement before i make the decision to vote them.

But one thing i quite worry is our current cash flow not more than 1.5m, if we are using 1M now ...any emergency we are not enough fund to cover....hopefully JMB think twice when touch on money..

Last few months ago I'm called my mom: "I did a proposal regarding to the upgrading condo image & some suggestions to the condo management without requested for pay." My mom asking me: "Are you stupid?" I'm told her: "I'm not! What am I doing today maybe would let my friends think of me like stupid, but after that they would praise me so smart in the future & the residents will say a "thanks" to me when their property value getting higher & higher. Chinese say: "助人又利己" Why not? These is priceless to me... =) 

I'm just know when the time u given suggestion to whoever is, they accept or not is doesn't matter to me. But once they accepted those suggestions, it will totally change our future lifestyle. If u think u are right, just be yourself! Don't care what they said on me, because they doesn't know how much efforts been spent by me for the future planning...

I heard that Exism already get their permit, i think they will launch their property very soon....let see how much per sqft.

This few months more than 50 units transacted in B.OUG property.... as i know few unit of 1222sf transacted price is more than 200k and above, so mean all the buyers really Kaya...keen to give 100k more cash downpayment to buy a property valuation oni 140K  ....really geng.

So, all the forumers please make more noise here.....more noise we make here...the value will more here..(YaMaHa Theory... )

Bukit OUG Condo value up are because of the high demand of the buyers. Just take a look the photo at above.
These are not the all but just some of the "Property Wanted" flyer selected by me only.
I has been received these flyer in my unit letter box every month until I felt "sien" ady...
That's why! Who's care about the upcoming condo? I mean Bukit OUG Condo owners. 
We are difference type of condo. U think every one rich as able to rent at upcoming condo? 
The next reason is the LRT Station to make value going up faster than our expectation.
