Yalor....susah nak cari makan here....more and more ppl move in....i think now almost 80% occupancy ....

If follow schedule.....repainting will start from Nov ~ Dec 12 (Patching)....Jan will start painting and June 2013 will be finish. It is because the Rainz & Seedz will be launch mid of 2013.

If follow schedule.....the strata title will be out somewhere April 2013 (if no major thing happen) or early.

If u think boug condo will go down for next few months, the whole area must go down first b4 reach boug condo, because the gap is big.
