You seriously think that these few thread in LFN will be read by 30million people or what, and just a few posts of mine could spoil the name of Bukit OUG ? 真金不怕火来烧。If you really track my posts, I have made negative comments on almost all properties which I am interested to invest, some of which I have already INVESTED. Reason is plain simple, to challenge and find out the truth. Because the truth will unfold when it is discussed in the forum. I even made negative comments on Puchong properties, which I have invested heavily on. I do not want to reveal all the properties which I have invested, which I am not particular interested to prove to anybody, but suffice it to say that you will be greatly surprised if you found out the truth.

Here is the list of the issues I think need addressing :-

1. Maintenance.
2. Maintenance, and
3. Maintenance.

The maintenance of the place is in the hands of all the old timers there:- the maintenance crew, the old timer residents and owners.

They are sooooooooooooo... long in there, lots of issues they are more or less numb or immuned already. They need to raise the bars of maintenance standards, or else tenants not willing to pay higher in rental and consequently affecting the value of the condo.

What can you do if people don't pay up ? They will probably do the same trick again, put up in the noticeboard, who have not paid up etc etc.

But these people who don't pay up, likely they are not even staying there. They are just owners. As if they will be criticised by people who have paid up ?

Condo floor leak is a nasty problem. Rightfully the floor on top is supposed to fix the problem but why would the people bother ? Maintenance office also says they only maintain COMMON areas, the floors are not common areas to all the people.

You can curse, swear, yell, or whatever. If only the owner on top what to respond to you.

I have seen from Hong Kong movies that people at the lower floor sends lawyer letter to the one at higher floor. Goes to show the one at higher floor has to bear the costs.

But it's a small amount of claims, not quite worth it to go through lawyer. Maybe can go through small claim court. But procedure not sure. Glad that never have to go through that.
