Yeah agreed too. Modded consoles, well, a lot of us have very different definitions for it. Some use it for back up ori games (200 bucks a game is not cheap), some for imported games (region lock issues), and also for pirated games.

There's a crackdown on the modded consoles outside Malaysia. but i think ESA will be focusing on pirated games first.

now operasi time, game shops should promote the new 40GB PS3. haha, ESA can do nothing against the PS3 and the games. maybe can invite the officers to playtest the games also then take photo and publish in the star

But when i think again, it is the pirates who manage to deliver the games to us faster than any official presence available. For console games that is.

Makes logical sense on why pirates would also be of favor.
