Guys

I realize Malaysia line is not protected from ddos??

Any VPS i buy from Malaysia providers will always easily get ddosed by people from overseas.

It's like we have totally no protection and open welcome for anyone to attack?

wtf?

And if i buy singapore vps, everything is solved lmao

It's related to malaysia?

The provider is using Malaysia ISP

The ISP itself is not protected at the first place, so VPS providers in malaysia won't get any ddos protection at the first place?

Even if we open server online, our server is also prone to ddos attack by anyone?

Unless ISP support ddos protection then Malaysian internet will be safe?

Is it so? Not sure. I'm not cybersecurity expert

also not expert, but I am pretty sure

ISP handle the connection and bandwidth routing
VPS provider/your own server handles the firewall and traffic filtering
and you can put service like cloudflare in front to prevent the traffic from even reaching

and yes, when you put your server to public, you should be handling the traffic via firewall or front it with some service like cloudflare to prevent DDOS
