I have a friend running this "consultancy company" . Basically his job is to pull cable network with T1 ppl. Offer them a chance to invest into F&B. Huge capital so they can renovate nicely, use prime location, with actuarist do all the statistical data that made it almost guaranteed ROI at the very least. Then sell off the business at the peak to lock fhe profit. Rinse repeat. He make damn good money. Very well versed with building up whatever F&B u want, just name it he will come up with proposal all. He said damn a lot of rich ppl in Malaysia didnt know what to do with the money, he just need to tell them "u feel like owning F&B? One of your grandchild seems to be very good fit to be owner." If business ultra good withminimal effort, they keep it. If sales not growing, future not look bright. They sell it straight. Main reason why nowadays u see damn a lot of highly rated review but food so so only. And F&B hype is greater than ever, and a lot of good shop will be good then suddenly after a while become shit then introduce all kind of weird food combo and lingkup right after. QUOTE(Ujer @ Dec 10 2025, 10:17 AM) I think there is msiunderstanding among non muslim about Jakim halal certificate. I think u had misunderstood Jakim Halal certificate. Cleanliness is 1 of main criteria. when business 100% owned by muslim, it was safe to assume it is halal but there is a case where muslim owned business still take halal certificate. Why? Jakim halal certificate is approval that the business is halal and complying with the specified legal provisions prescribed by the law of the land. quote" Proses pensijilan JAKIM melibatkan audit ketat terhadap bahan mentah, pengilangan, dan proses pengedaran, memastikan produk mematuhi piawaian kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan." so muslim owned street vendor may be halal but could be suspected of been less clean that they should be So u can go eat at halal certified restaurant if cleanliness is your main concern. If ur catering and restaurants can send ppl to hospital or isekai. You consider fail Halal. Ever heard of Laksa salmonella at kedah case? Can send ppl to isekai. So is it halal??? Catering also had a lot cases makan ppl sampai mampus Halal? I think not. Problem it is those ore kito mati takpe janji ore kito and most ppl use this as loop hole This post has been edited by kcchong2000: Today, 01:47 PM |

Gugel reviews means jack shit in any year. It's just its own thing, troll place and easy to game if anyone really wants to
Now that I think we don't have much on legit local food reviewers. Many are just sponsored ads from influencers to that foodie media shit. The rempit style reviews also damn annoying it's our brand of brainrot |
