Quite easy, I claimed twice before from both auction houses I bought. Just get the payment receipt from management and then pass to your lawyer. Within 1 month the auctioning bank will send a cheque to your lawyer for the refund.

got ppl keep scaring me tht lelong property means expect lots of sabotage, like toilet pipes all caked with cement

bcoz the b40 wanna sabotage the bank for asking back their money which they owed...
