The quality depends. So there is also uni rivalry, such as UM grads dont really like UKM grads vice versa

Other uni examiners try to fk UM candidates too if medical based, so passing rate if u say 100%, difficult lar UM

General rule of thumb: the lousiest UM grad (specialist postgrad) also has a certain minimal competence and is above average compare to tom dick harry of other unis.

Of course, like u said, kung fu of sifu important. Hence even if UM grad lousy, but bec they learnt part of the kung fu, is still better than inverted kung fu of lost sect by others right

Their O&G consultants dont learn ultrasound in UK, so scan baby is by ultrasonologist.
Theres someone in one of the most famous klang valley hospital UK trained wholly, but duno how to scan baby, so the patient (mother to be) terkejut when dr ask her go down to let ultrasonographer scan first, and the consultant will interpret the report later
They can be good robotic this robotic that, ala itu pun kursus saja pun, a few hours and dapat cert, dah jadi robotic surgeon
Bottomline, u best have med fraternity friends, then easier to find out whether that person real deal anot. Otherwise aunty uncle from experience, just pick UM > UKM/USM/UPM > UNIMAS/UIA, lagi bagus if MRCS, FRCS, MRCP, MRCPCH, MRCOG, and the F versions of these (after a certain amount of years as member, can be nominated to F except surgical based, exam)
