Sebanyak 61 kerusi telah dikira setakat ini, dengan GRS kini berada dalam kedudukan untuk membentuk kerajaan tanpa BN.

GRS memiliki 29 kerusi dan bersama PH (2), Star (1), KDM (1), serta empat calon bebas, mereka akan memperoleh 37 kerusi — cukup untuk membentuk majoriti mudah di Dewan Undangan Negeri.

Dalam sidang media, Setiausaha Agung PKR, Fuziah Salleh berkata PH sudah mempunyai jumlah kerusi yang mencukupi untuk membentuk kerajaan gabungan dengan GRS.

Dia berkata Pengarah Operasi Jawatankuasa Pilihan Raya Pusat (JPRP), Amirudin Shari, telah bertemu dengan pengerusi GRS, Hajiji Nor, untuk membincangkan perkara tersebut.
