Difference here is incumbency. DAP is the current government will not change ever if they keep getting voted in. If they win, it's like telling them they are doing a good job.

MCA and Gerakan is now dead, it's either they fight to change or a new party will replace all of them, DAP included.

Personally I will vote a monkey over PH next election, same reason I voted PH (actual monkeys) over BN last election.
