please do tell about the performance of the device. i'm eager to find out how it handles 1st hand from a user. i guess my mind is practically set on getting the device...unless something catastrophic comes up

by the way, i uninstalled the MapKingR12 that come with it, because the official map is real suck.


So, i switch to MapKing2007 and use the map from malsing. Btw, R12 has better GUI.

The touch flo still not as sensitive as Iphone....


performance wise...... what do you expect from qualcom 400Mhz ? i personal prefer intel processor but intel processor still the champion of battery sucker in PDA world......

For HTC Touch Cruise .. I think a bit expensive and another good option will be LG KS20 (will be launched after CNY) possible RRP is RM1999 ... the only thing is no GPS ..... other features more or less are same .... Saw the displays in most the outlets in low yat b4 chinese new year and just brought one for myself from somewhere on 2 days ago- quite happy with it besides the camera function, the speed is like .....awwww .... first timer htc user, i might too lean on nokia and sony's camera function and speed especially N95 but i dont find any problem with the video playback tough, maybe i dont know yet...

BTW the mapking is suck as mentioned, any suggestion for better one?

how to get and set my current position using MapKing?

Went to LY PDA Expert...they got it in stock at RM2899. Not sure got freebie or not though....good design but performance wise i stick to my p3600i anyday

I called them .. they will give free 1GB .. .. if buy from sis dopod . he will give 2gb + bluetooth headset at RM2899 .. rm2800 with 1 gb .. .. sisdopod is the cheapest now .
