The good things
The office is at a convenient location. The colleagues are great and helpful.
The challenges
The typical Chinese company where the superiors are not open towards constructive criticism, they wouldn't take "no" for an answer. Constant communication breakdowns due to language barriers (Mandarin was the main and almost only language spoken). Superiors are constantly micromanaging even with minor tasks. You are expected to be on standby for work all times, including weekends and public holidays (this may differ depending on your superior). Lack of respect towards personal time where you will be receiving WhatsApp messages even during wee hours.

Ppl put in effort & worked hard for it. They earned it. They deserved it.

The payslip may be fake, but for those lines of work which involve subscription of service (like fitness, skincare/beauty, TCM, personalised service, and banking), their base pay is typically very low, but their commission (if they are hard-working) is insane.

All this high commission contributed by those pp, sign up 1 year gym membership but only attended for 1 day then mia.
