once ur capability > boss, but u dont get appreciated/recognised, or worse, buttlickers and slanderers get undue credits, u know its time to move on
I dont wanna say its pride, be mindful of arrogance and pride, but u need to know your own value, esp if u are severely underpaid |

My previous company got 1 staff really useless but never get fired. He is the thick skin type, kena scold like a dog still smile only.
The CEO told me he keep him there because he is nice to diu. So loyalty means you happy and willing to kena diu by boss. Not tenure of work. |
