I already blocked my CC
how do I file the refund claim from Tigerbank

update:
I have temp blocked the card, changed PW, redude all transaction limit to 0 or lowest
also called the Maybank’s Fraud Hotline (24 hours a day): +603 5891 4744 to permanently block the card
they will send the new card to home address
but i still need to go to nearest branch to fill the dispute form to get the refund..

your cc info must be leaked after you used trip.com

I baru kena from UOB. This card i never use before. Kept it locked since day 1. Opened the account for FD only.

Confirm leaked from inside the bank.

website.. at first used my company laptop got vpn one
then at the end i use my own pc. then kena

Call the bank asap

I called maybank, they blocked my card, then fill up the dispute form, after few weeks got the money back and also new card.

I usually like to use website for most online purchase, cos phone app too small on phone.

I was surprise when my payment no maybank authentication on lapsapda, then few days later I check my card transaction, I saw the unauthorised transaction, so far shopee still fine.

Normally it'll automatically be refunded when you called the hotline about the fraud transactions.

Only use disposable debit cards for any online transaction

Just call they will sent to u ma.

Just call and lodge complained. They will block and give you new card.

I bought a jelly cat doll for my boy before through a jelly cat website and months after still haven't gotten it. Contacted Hong leong bank and filled the dispute form and they actually charged back eventhough it's been months.
