Use to always pay at tm counter, they display amount own every month. Since last month tm kept saying server down, then later found out they no longer support payment trough tm.

7/11 ask for barcode specific to air Selangor and won't be able to scan tm base barcode. So I decide to pay with ewallet. Key in ACC paid, but no acc owner name and no info of how much more I owe. Try to check trough their website can't even register my acc. Their air Selangor app is even worst. I can't even scroll trough their app cause it kept crashing.

So, basically the service has revert to stone age where I throw what I think I owe into endless well and pray my payment is received.

Anyone know what other option I can check my balance? And where can I file a complain against this at the higher ups that could do something about it?

also got air selangor 2.0 app. use that.

been paying via their app.. no issues.. have you updated your phone/app?..

If you jave boost ewallet, can pay air Selangor under bill payment.. It will show the payable amount of got outstanding dues

I'm not sure what is 'TM Counter' where you used to pay your Air Selangor bills. Telekom Malaysia? I guess it's something else.

Anyway, there is no issue with Air Selangor app as that is now the best and most convenient way of paying your Air Selangor bills. It's the same with other utility bills such as TNB or IWK but if you don't have the app, I presume the bills would be sent to your email where you can subsequently pay the bills via Jompay as stated in the bill.

Air Selangor has introduced the app many years ago and there is no issue with the usage unless you have downloaded the wrong app. Last year a new version of the Air Selangor app was released and the old version was superseded. The new app is Air Selangor 2.0. You can look for it in the Play Store and download it. It's easy to register and start using the app, just key in the basic information required such as the account number, name etc. All the information such as bill amount, past payment history, actual bill, they are all listed in the app.

no issue paying with air selangor app all these while, 1.0 or 2.0, but not accepting ewallet as payment channel, only c.card/d.card/duitnow/fpx. app is constantly on maintenance so must keep try accessing it
probly the only stoneage here is u, still paying via physical counters j/k
