Use to always pay at tm counter, they display amount own every month. Since last month tm kept saying server down, then later found out they no longer support payment trough tm.
7/11 ask for barcode specific to air Selangor and won't be able to scan tm base barcode. So I decide to pay with ewallet. Key in ACC paid, but no acc owner name and no info of how much more I owe. Try to check trough their website can't even register my acc. Their air Selangor app is even worst. I can't even scroll trough their app cause it kept crashing.
So, basically the service has revert to stone age where I throw what I think I owe into endless well and pray my payment is received.
Anyone know what other option I can check my balance? And where can I file a complain against this at the higher ups that could do something about it?
