to me as a whole i see the store fault...i expect them to update and show tracking info...if not them they need to get from delivery guy...well wont buy from them again ever

last time buy things from shopee they will inform and take photo once sampai.

but starting recently, they only put photo in app. no call no sms. i think new SOP.

but i use delivery outside of shopee (latest experience is aramex), they will inform and take pics.

what i find weird is they transfer your parcel to management? your condo no parcel room or mailbox?

from what i see it's more because a lack of a dedicated space for delivery that caused all this confusion rather than the courier's. but i agree that they shouldve taken photo and showed delivery proof.

in my experience, expensive stuff i send to office unless i know i'll be at home. if not too scary cant work all day.

well this is lazada not shopee so not sure if they manage it differently or have different team between shopee and lazada. lazada one they said when i chat with them is pre-sales team, then will escalate to their backend team bla bla bla. and i have been asking tracking number for past 2 days nothing given then suddenly delivered.

my condo mgmt office is where they put parcels when mgmt office is open, outside of that time it goes to guardhouse which is normal. yes got no parcel room/mailbox (not big enough to store parcels for mailbox).

the confusion is not on my condo side, its mainly cos no photo given and NO tracking number given, no communication at all. if got ANY of them at least i will know for sure. but i get nothing and 1st time i got no comms at all...

Seller should provide tracking number if they use own fleet, complaint to seller and lazada

Even I bought from Samsung official shop..during pre-order, they didn't give tracking number too.. until I live chat with SES and request for tracking number.

already complaint to seller, no response at all since earlier..cant be bothered...just not gonna buy from them anymore

Usually when buying with the seller use their own fleet, i always demanded tracking number, seller will provide upon request

Normally seller own fleet will send tracking number under Lazada Chat.

My case I bought battery from Panasonic official store.

They WhatsApp me the tracking details.

First check the chat box, then email, sms, WhatsApp.

Is it Lazmall seller?
Nowadays got many fake LazMall sellers.
Seller name put official store without Lazmall tag.
People might think it's official.

Same here, at least when customer demand for tracking number, they should provide it, i guess they are so lazy to check and do their work 😐🐝👆

they just said they're presales team and will forward to the backend team to get the tracking number for past 2 days and nothing came back to me.
