Seller should provide tracking number if they use own fleet, complaint to seller and lazada

Normally seller own fleet will send tracking number under Lazada Chat.
My case I bought battery from Panasonic official store. They WhatsApp me the tracking details. First check the chat box, then email, sms, WhatsApp. |
