but starting recently, they only put photo in app. no call no sms. i think new SOP.
but i use delivery outside of shopee (latest experience is aramex), they will inform and take pics.
what i find weird is they transfer your parcel to management? your condo no parcel room or mailbox?
from what i see it's more because a lack of a dedicated space for delivery that caused all this confusion rather than the courier's. but i agree that they shouldve taken photo and showed delivery proof.
in my experience, expensive stuff i send to office unless i know i'll be at home. if not too scary cant work all day.
