What I think most likely happen. Piap piap marathon gone wrong, try to save her fail. Call ambulance. In the meantime panic dunno what to do. Move her to bathroom. Ambulance arrived say he found her like that. Then cabut, dunno hit what luck police just happen to be there, see him nervous, question him then go back to room.

Of course my imagination is a wrong if she is found to have no drugs and sex at the end of the report. That would mean he has to be on the most unfortunate person in the world to be at the wrong spot on the wrong time and all star align against him.
