Go ahead and build fencing around your land, u can do it if your pocket is loaded with cash, even IOI, KLK, Felda didn't do fencing surrounding their oil palm estate.

The only time i see electric fencing around the land after replanting to deter cow eating the oil palm minor tree.

I seen some property owners breed a lot of stray dogs

they come in packs of 10-20.

SO fence it up, then feed these dogs become loyal to you, stray dogs, easy to find.

the main cause of the violation, trespass, is due to the pancing ikan - so, to put it as bluntly as possible, no ikan = no pancing - how do we or can we make it so that there is no ikan there to be pancing'ed. Legal or otherwise, solve the problem at the source

Put a fence then hang or put a sign beware of dogs, you can buy those sign, even though you dont have a guard dogs, but with those sign sometimes will work

Or put both beware of dogs and cctv sign, see how 😅 🐝
