I have one private land but always being entered by outsiders for fishing especially during and after raining session.

The entrance and surrounding have notice /warning board but they ignored them.

How to handle them in the legal way? Any suggestions?

1)Fence the area with barb wire.

2)Hire armed security & shoot the trespassers.

Can put the signboard of 'trespassers will be shot'. To scare them. If really still got ppl come, just shoot them

Fence up is the least you can do. Otherwise they can just say "oh i dono it's private land".
