Your old expired licence is for manual (D) or auto (DA)..?
If your appeal approved you need to take the JPJ circuit and road test again based on your old licence.

Cannot old licence for manual and want to use auto car for the test pulak.

What if TS decides to go for DA licence?

Not sure.
Most probably need to retake everything all over again.

I searched, can request to use auto test car but would result in having class DA license which doesnt allow me to drive manual stick ever again.

Dont matter, im not a fan of manual cars my left leg suffered enough for 12 years
Also...manual cars are being phased out....i wont just forget how to drive manual anyway.

The only reason i might end up driving manual with DA License is during emergency e.g. need to send someone to hospital but there is only a manual car around.

Then better you make sure when enroll to driving school as JPJ circuit test for DA a bit different than D. Got extra test.. something call ramp some sort . Dunno if you can still take one hour practice. Later scared kena take full 8 hours driving practice pulak. Mine last time cost me a total of RM150 for one hour practice including JPJ test.

Edit : nowdays normal KPP02 circuit practical is 5.5 hours while KPP03 road practical is 10 hours

DAMN 2.3M whole country.

That will jam up all driving schools = longgg wait time

Exactly things are different than when i first got my license - i've been checking youtube driving lessons.
Not to mention present day cost for new learners 2x my old price. (they think everyone is rich these days)

DA elements for circuit part 02:
1-Hill
2-S
3-Z
4-Ramp (to test going up a flat ramp without touching a pole)(only for DA)
5-Side parking
6-3 pointer


JPJ Appeal is still in process after that I will for sure ask the school for Auto test car + reduce the number of hours as im not a new learner.

My experience was okay. I didnt train on the road. I just go there every week 2 hours to train the uphill, parking , Z .

From the test to on the road took like 4 hours

Everything settled in 3 weeks I think.

Just got Appeal/Rayuan result.
Can't find anyway to print the letter - Not sure what to do next, i'll have goto JPJ office to check.
