All Msians get free education to high school, subsidized public universities and medical healthcare (RM1 clinic , RM2 specialist etc), PR1MA housing, low cost flat as well as social benefits like RM100 you get for groceries, voting rights, public transport subsidy, and numerous financial assistance etc. Some people do not use it cause they are rich but doesnt mean it is not available.

Immigrants (legal/illegal) or PR do not enjoy those benefits in Malaysia.

Malaysia has a strict law in granting citizenship to immigrants.

In short, Malaysia does not encourage migration while Euro is more open and encouraging as well as a lot of equal benefits … this anger alot of local citizens.

What i mention earlier which triggered you is in term of bumi concerns non-bumi if in control will open up migration law to people from CHINA or INDIA to Malaysia to become citizens like what happening in Europe now so many migrants from Mid East and Africa.

- true if you call +-10% as reasonable. Majority public university intake is from matrikulasi that is consistently 90% Bumi, most non-Bumi got in through direct intake that needs full payment.

PR1MA housing
- mostly Bumi only lot especially those that are near city, all the Prima project I visited near my area, all are only for Bumi. Maybe it is only my area.
