3 pot's biggest problem is it's vibration problem
and they also don't last like a 4 inline engine

mainly is engine will more vibrate ..if engine mounting start wore ..it will goes into your car cabin..u can feel the vibration or steering is shaking when idle or initial start


but of course if u dont mind that vibration ..reliability of the engine is close to 4 cyl

well engine vibration is not much since i do change the engine mounting. Used original ones and it do last a long time.

Mana. Geely/plotong head engineers said in order to reduce the 3 pot vibration go yinside cabin…

got like extra 20-40 mechanism/stuff they install to reduce the vibration what?…

And profitable. It is like a wet timing belt. The belt will disintegrated before 50k km and new belts cost a bomb to buy. Labour is another killer.

Yes, more potential problems and expensive repairs.

Pretty sure they used fluidic engine mounts.
