Disadvantage of 3 cylinder engine

Bring car go SC, car got bunyi kruk kruk kruk.
Tak tau la apa pasal, bearing pecah ke, skru cabut ke, got Barang longgar ke, Gua tatau. Mau kasi SC check

Bunyi come from front engine bay, left side. Happened when tekan minyak
Gua kasi record video to show SC while driving, but bunyi engine so noisy
The kruk kruk sound can barely hear

Showed to SC they say itu bunyi engine lor.
Eh abang, bukan bunyi engine itu. Got bunyi pelik there. They say cannot hear

Disadvantage - More vibration, engine mounting wear faster.

Same across many different makes from Perodua, BMW, etc usually 3-cylinder engine mounting the first to go and cannot last long compare to 4-cylinder

Advantages for 3 pots? Better emissions (to quell the tree huggers) and lesser moving parts (supposedly cheaper maintenance). Apart from what, nothing else.

More vibration, engine sound like diesel especially bmw and those cars using hydraulic mounting can be costly to repair

my 22 years old kelisa 3 cylinder engine still ok lor. Recently got idling issues also engine die, fixed it already, it was bad connection on the MAP sensor, just unplug and replugging the connector fixed it, engine smooth again.
