First 12 hours ownership review - I'm happy with the watch and band. Coming from the Apple Watch Series 6, the most apparent thing is the brightness of the screen. The fast charging is also great - wore it to bed and charged it while I was in the washroom, and it charged back to 99%,

Maybe me and my wife are both lucky, but we don't have the same problem that we saw online, the unsightly bends of the watch band loop. Please pardon my body hair

The Stainless Steel Milanese Loop is quite good. Easy to put on and take off. Although wearing one when sleeping, it gets a bit loose. Will review once my wife has done a workout - not sure how it holds up.

The Titanium Milanese Loop though... It's really comfortable and looks super premium. It's also super secure but putting it on and off, it's a bit harder when compared to my previous Nike Sport Bands - although I'm sure I will get used to it with time.

Im using rinke slim as well on my current Watch10,46mm, and its not so nice....as watch 10 is supposed to look curvy and slim.
As Ultra3 is rugged look, probably it will look good with the Rinke slim case.

Delivery is fast and prompt

DHL just called for delivery of my Watch Ultra 3 Black from Apple Store today. 😌

Will unbox, wear and try and see which to keep as just collected the Natural Titanium from Apple Store TRX yesterday.

One thing the Natural Titanium watch is good is that it goes well with the Natural Titanium Milanese Loop, a lot better than the Black Watch with the Black Titanium Milanese Loop. Personal preference. 🤭

Upgraded from S5 to Ultra 3. After 6 years of wearing my S5

Sigh. I click returned one unit of Ultra 3 to Apple Store unopened unit with trade in, and my trade in got cancelled as well although on the way to inspection.

Now have to wait for the trade in unit to be returned to me and i need to goto TRX for non-purchase trade in. Any idea if we can trade in to apply by postal without purchase or need to goto TRX only?

Yeah. It seems that all the processes including trade-in are intertwined with the product purchase process etc.

Perhaps you can call Apple Customer Service to reactivate / resume the trade-in process, if they have not started shipping the item back to you yet.

Called Apple, cant process Mail/online trade in once returned the phone purchase. Need to wait for the trade in item to be delivered back to me and have to go down to TRX for trade in. Luckily i stayed in KL. Imagine those that is from out of town

If trade-in without purchase, must be walk-in only.

sigh, now have to wait for my Watch 10 to be returned from Pos Malaysia

Yes and you will get an Apple Store gift card which can be used for future purchases.

When only one shall prevail in the end: Black Titanium VS Natural Titanium

Black: Stealthy, Low Profile, Awesome-Looking but need to care for it more as any dings will be very obvious

Natural: Timeless, Metal-Look, A bit loud (Instantly can tell from afar that it’s an Ultra), but should hold up better visually against dings

Will try to wear them alternately for the next one week to decide which one I will be keeping. ☺️

Sis, could you share your entire experience when you trade in without purchase last time? Like prior appointment needed? Strap for the Apple Watch can keep? Then gift card validity date.

No appointment needed. Just walk-in and look for any staffs, tell them you want to trade-in your device. They will assess on the spot and issue you a gift card after the inspection is completed. Usually less than 15 minutes.

So far, I traded-in my old iPad. No need accessories and box just the device will do.

As for Watch, no need strap, just the watch will do.

As for gift card validity, there’s no expiration and you can use it anytime but only for purchases in the Apple Store Malaysia via online or TRX. You can use it for multiple purchases not only once if the credit is not fully utilized.
