I always breakfast before ride.
Oatmeal w milk and raisins.
Coffee
Or soft boiled eggs and coffee w milk.

I don’t eat mid ride.
Normal PCC ride start and finish just drink water.
No need gels or electrolytes.

Dunno how many calories though.
The ride isn’t super long lah

This is for those who can't afford real kitkat lo. That one so small piece RM10, now this so big box also only RM15-19. If house got many kids, that one each fellow only entitled half a finger MAX. This one so big box, each fellow can drip their hand in to grab a handful TWICE. Y'all say le..

Nestle Kitkat now don’t taste the as the Rowntree KitKat that came wrapped in foil then with paper that I recall from my childhood. Now it’s just shah Alam Shitbury which might as well be Hershey pukecolate.

Print the box red and slap a big kitkat wordings across it and now every morning when kids wake up, the first thing they look forward to is to have breakfast. A kitkat cereal breakfast. So it’s ok to eat these high carb high sugar stuff if u are going to burn it immediately

On my long runs (15k) or long bike ride (80k or more) I fuel with haribos or coke or lots of home made carb drink (maltodextrin, sugar, salt and some flavorful drink like ribina syrup). I easily finish half pack of haribo small packet easily and sometime if 160k ride will consume full packet
It’s okay to eat junk if you are going to burn it all immediately. What’s not ok is if u eat junk and continue sedentary life

Ayam agree with chu. On long distance ride & climbing routes. Fulamak.... Really need plenty of fuel & fluid immediately. If not bonk is real.

Lol. Agree with you on the milk. Lol

True. Long distance one time ayam got eated breakfast. Half way got refueling station. Lucky organiser got prepared sweetest orange juice. If not Ayam sure bonkers. Sun especially around 10.30am / 11 am onwards is not forgiving.
