Lmao, means you dont know me well. You sure you are someone who works out? You need lots of sugar to run 12k? Serious shit yo? I still can't stop laughing typing at this.

I ran 10km daily after work 5x/week and I take zero sugar before each run. Once back from work and straight run. Yea, it's 10, not 12 like ts, but pls don't give me another laughable bullshit that additional 2k need lots of sugar to complete. After all, what is 10k run? It's less than 1hr run ffs.

Oh ya, 1 more thing. Pls don't spread nonsense like 12km run will consume 1500 calories. If this is the case, I would have been a skeleton by now. A 5km run, on average, is 300-400 calories. So I would assume 12k won't exceed 1000 calories. So don't give bs like easily consume 1500 calories.

Last advice from me: do the real work out yourself instead of listening to idiots, and u will know what I say is right. Lol, 12k 1500 calories, haizzz

Thanks. I wanted to reply to that imbacel but you have replied with some facts.

I burn 1400 calory for 12k run and 2400 to 2800 for a 80k bike ride which averages around 32kmh with 400 odd elevation or 25kmh with 900 to 1000 elevation. Both same distance but one climb and the othe flat. Same with running.

I love a cold can of coke when I approach period before bonking. It’s like rocket fuel yo on top of haribos

True, but then you must consider below with reference to your table:
- a 100kg guy burn 1000 calories from 10k. So a 12k will burn 1200.
- this 1200 is still far from the 'EASILY 1500' that the guy mentioned
- the EASILY word means it can hit this value with the easiest terrain, least win resistance and bla bla bla. And might hit 2000 if terrain is hard and etc.
- does this makes sense for u?
- and with all due respect to a fatso, a 100kg will have hard time to complete a 12km walk, let alone run

last time it was considered exp compared to nestle because it was something like rm11-15? cant really rmbr, it was 11 years ago

Huh???? Apa lanijiao? U need energy bar and caffeine. Last time i go cycling event i need these 2. And breakfast before ride is those creambun aje. Apa lanijiao need cereal with milk. Later half way go pangsai ya.

Caffeine that time I take Wonda the zero minimum. Last time is best had limited edition sarawak and johor. I stock up a lot for my event ride.
