Both same distance but one climb and the othe flat. Same with running. I love a cold can of coke when I approach period before bonking. It’s like rocket fuel yo on top of haribos |

QUOTE(badmilk @ Sep 5 2025, 05:58 PM) maybe u in open relationshipbtw u dun snoop around ur waifu meh? but what i know is, cheater will not check on their spouse usually, because 1. they too busycovering their own tracks 2. they dun wanna trigger their spouse to check on them instead. 3. they already no rasa or no feeling towards spouse, even their spouse cheat also they dun care... maybe even better so they wont keep bugging ... but they will try to check on spouse if they wanna divorce etc or feel guilty and wanna see if spouse doing the same... then at least can say "hey i know u cheated it's ok but i let u go no worries...i never cheat btw" ======================================================= having said that, i know a woman who cheat on her man with a bf oversaeas... a group of us friends knows she has a boyfriend... she openly share their photos on vacation overseas then when she asked us to go to her house for dinner with her husband around, it was really awkward for me as a man to be sittin with a green hatted man. so i just kept quiet all the time. but the women seemed to be able to play along as if it's nothing... they just talk, laugh and eat as if nothing is going on. QUOTE(Knnbuccb @ Sep 5 2025, 03:16 PM) u know Post brand? Price for Post now have doubled. last time i reli like Post brand. plus it looked healthy with all the nuts and all. actually quite sedap also. until one period of time, i had to work like damn early , no time prepare or buy breakfast, and my mom bought Post brand blueberry for me and i eated for few months straight . then one day i felt like nauseated when i tasted it.... probably due to the bad times it was associated with... after that i no longer eated Post brand of cereals... it probably reminded me of the tough times i went thru. Inker only eat cut oats with milk and raisins. |

QUOTE(lfw @ Sep 5 2025, 06:12 PM) something that you might want to consider is the weight of the person True, but then you must consider below with reference to your table:![]() ⚠️ Notes: These are estimates — actual calories burned depend on: - Running efficiency - Terrain (flat vs hills) - Wind resistance - Metabolic rate - a 100kg guy burn 1000 calories from 10k. So a 12k will burn 1200. - this 1200 is still far from the 'EASILY 1500' that the guy mentioned - the EASILY word means it can hit this value with the easiest terrain, least win resistance and bla bla bla. And might hit 2000 if terrain is hard and etc. - does this makes sense for u? - and with all due respect to a fatso, a 100kg will have hard time to complete a 12km walk, let alone run |

This is for those who can't afford real kitkat lo. That one so small piece RM10, now this so big box also only RM15-19. If house got many kids, that one each fellow only entitled half a finger MAX. This one so big box, each fellow can drip their hand in to grab a handful TWICE. Y'all say le..

QUOTE(Roadwarrior1337 @ Sep 5 2025, 05:29 PM) Obviously you are not someone that works out Ayam agree with chu. On long distance ride & climbing routes. Fulamak.... Really need plenty of fuel & fluid immediately. If not bonk is real.Ts say 12km run yeah. 12km u easily burn 1500 calory or more and you need ….so you must eat lots of carb and sugar to sustain energy So it’s ok to eat these high carb high sugar stuff if u are going to burn it immediately On my long runs (15k) or long bike ride (80k or more) I fuel with haribos or coke or lots of home made carb drink (maltodextrin, sugar, salt and some flavorful drink like ribina syrup). I easily finish half pack of haribo small packet easily and sometime if 160k ride will consume full packet It’s okay to eat junk if you are going to burn it all immediately. What’s not ok is if u eat junk and continue sedentary life |
