This. haha. Similar situation to TS happened to my mum many years back. She offered cash to settle it on the spot but the front car meroyan complain demand need to change the whole bumper. Negotiation broke down and we happened to have family friend who is owner of insurance claim company. He looked at picture, the damage, back then no dashcam somemore. He straight up said that sohai going to regret not taking the cash. He said whichever sohai agent accept this case going to get assfucked by his superior. If damage bumper only better to just sendiri bikin. Insurance company HATE dealing with hit n run small value case.
