I bought one spot in PJ for about 5k, had to fork out 18k first for the entire 3-day funeral, but the guy told us they will only ask for payment after the day end unlike Nirvana where you NEED to pay the entire thing first else they won't bother helping you. The white money collected just enough to cover the 18k.

I also bought one Nirvana for about RM33k, not landed, but got durian pay if they got earn profit (something like that) but only after finishing paying your settlement

yes, the 18k service is for the columbarium.

both the 5k at PJ and the 33k Nirvana that I bought is also columbarium, both not burial

I could be wrong though, anyone can feel free to correct me:

If you bought a place holder/plot, be it cremation or burial, if no "body" occupied it yet then you can transfer the name to other person (assuming you have already paid finish the package/loan of that).

Else, if someone already occupied in it, you can't transfer the name to other person, but if you choose to transfer the "body" out, the place can no longer be re-used.

Still depend on the place on where you bought it, need to ask & check.
