Sometimes official store bit pricey which i had no idea why, should be the same as dealer cuz it's the same thing plus from the same distributor 😉

when you received the package just make sure you record while you open the package, at least got proof that you are the one opening it for the first time

the last time I ordered a phone but from Lazada, once from official certified Mall, when received the package it was very obvious package got hijacked during mid-transit, content is also super light. Lucky I still able to get full refund with some pictures and videos as proof.

I buy on shopee also but official shop

Other seller even cheaper i also won't take the risk unless i know the shop.

Maybe can check imei or something if legit, or cod time register the warranty online if pass should be ok.

the shop that i bought from has quite a number of reviews. so i guess lesser chance of receiving a brick.

anyway just checked my warranty status on samsung website, it's valid until 31 august 2026. rclxm9.gif

I have bought a few phones for myself, family members and maid through Lazada and Shopee

Even bought a tablet for my mum so she can watch movies or play games

Buy from the official stores where there is "OS" written on the shop seller name

Usually I buy during the 8.8 sales those type, a lot of discounts but limited quantities at 12 am

Found a good deal (bout RM500 cheaper than official store) for a mobile phone in Shopee with very good reviews. Sells quite a number of mobile phones in his listings. Seems legit.

However, when pry further, seller does not have a physical shop but he's OK to do COD. Seller said the phone is malaysia set and warranty can send to any service centre in malaysia.

Has anyone ever bought from such sellers and faced any issues before? Would like to gather some input before buying.
