when you received the package just make sure you record while you open the package, at least got proof that you are the one opening it for the first timethe last time I ordered a phone but from Lazada, once from official certified Mall, when received the package it was very obvious package got hijacked during mid-transit, content is also super light. Lucky I still able to get full refund with some pictures and videos as proof.
