Your boss is just a manager aka kuli in the company why should you give a damn especially since you're leaving show her who's the real boss and make sure to CC her boss and the big boss as well who knows who she's been going to Coldplay concerts with...

While most of your points are valid, managers need to know everything on the high level, but not on the technical details, so it falls to subordinates to handle the stuffs that TS complain about. So yeah he’s someone easily triggered, only one above average and he’s already bragging lol

This sounds like she wants the processes to be detailed and documented so the junior and others will know hpw to go about it.

Unless you are saying your processes are different from the SOP and they are questioning your methods, then that's a different issue and just needs to be explained; if your way is correct and better then justify it.

just let it go, there is no stake anymore and everyone in the company also knows that. Go along for this whole month or you could just clear your annual leave or mc to leave earlier

Personallywhat u described is straightforward? She keep everyone in the loop, asking u how u did ur job so ppl know what to do when u gone. Whats the issue here? How u feel she should handle it? Buy u farewell dinner, say "please train the ppl taking over ur job nicely ya? Btw need see u in hotel room no.xxx to discuss about numbers. Make time for me yes?"

put yourselves in your manager’s shoes

1. your manager doesn't know how to get the numbers
2. she trusted your numbers until you tendered
3. after you leave, new joiner will provide her the numbers
4. she creates a group and ask questions to ensure the new joiner cant bluff her using any random numbers

Just do a handover document, and do KT with replacement.

I did all the above, but due to some issue, my new manager reported me to HR.

All HR bos said was its the replacement responsibility to get knowledge transfer and not responsibility of the person leaving. Let the guy leave in peace.

So what your manager did also might be abrupt , but its expected , and logical as well.

Dun let it bother you. Just show the new joiner the ropes. Leave with your head high and dun burn bridge.

Even if u already resign, u still a worker until the last day so treat it like any other day.
