no teamwork lol, no IHP insurance, fun job but too damn tired, with this job, staying alive is higher priority than rise ranks lol
MNC are better, my latest MNC were generous during covid time, a lot of bonus paid out every few months,
better IHP insurance, covers mental wellness, hospital cost covered even for foreigner in SG.
Been with this company since 2019, increment very depend on performance, contribution.
I primary do troubleshooting and process improvement now.
