the problem goes deeper than lack of doctors.
It's the retention problem.
KKM similar to other public service job. The management dominated by old dinosaurs that doing serious gatekeeping, all they want is auto-pilot everything until the day they retire. During the time up to retirement, they shaped the department into such ecosystem where passionate ppl who wished for change get pushed out to private sector. Which is why by natural selection the whole upper management is predominantly the type that like to goyang kaki tak apa attitude do minimal wait retirement.
Those that passionate and work like normal human being rather spend their effort in private sector, at least they get paid accordingly there. And most of all they wont get discriminated.
