hi. my new company have USL, but i dont know what is it for.
if i am not sick but still take USL what will happen? is it considered cheating?
will HR punish me if they know im on holiday?

Means u can take a day for emo day or simply don’t feel like working.
This is part of esg and staff welfare when they indirectly telling u have extra days of AL for ur mental wellbeing. Company also got twice a year |

if you're on MC and then being spotted outside enjoying i.e. partying...gg warning letter or kena sack even. |

Please clarify with your HR as there a couple of scenarios.
1. It is really meant to be sick leave without the need for a medical cert which means you cannot use it to party. 2. It is meant to support your mental health, which means you can go on a spa retreat to de-stress (example) but don't go and post it on your socials. |
