Basically it is the same thing except she is saying gov willing to consider to reduce the % of majority type.
Considering political reality of Malaysia, true meritocracy is the hardest reform. I understand. But to do talk before action to increase non type M quota, thats BS.
But why justice matter if the doctor serve Malaysia ? Is beneficial for all Malaysian regardless of race.
Having "justice" in this matter is suicidal.
Like imagine government says "Sorry Type I, there is too many of your race are doctors, so we won't give you lesen even if you are qualified".
"Hey Type A,B,C even you failed all of your medical exams, here's a doctor's lesen because there is less of your race".
