i remember one radio show interview a local uni professor about restricted nons access to ipta. that prof supported it and said nons can go private. the dj asked what if they can't afford it, then he said something like work harder

Once upon a time, as recent as the 90s, MCA also held like 30+ seats or 16% of the Dewan Rakyat.

At 40 seats in today's Dewan Rakyat, that is around 18% of the seats. So not much difference.

So yes, both also equally useless at their respective periods.

To be fair to MCA, MCA seats actually lesser than Dumno. DAP more than PMX team but DAP all have balls smaller than MCA. If MCA is eunuch, DAP is the pioneer or elite of eunuch.
