Problem with Malaysia customer service, no proper training, when talk to customer need to look at the customer in the eyes… encounter a lot of times in FnB or in service industry … staffs talk to customers without looking at them … very disrespectful … even they are not lansi also appear to be lansi that way … no offence but middle east waiters generally have this problem if you frequent middle eastern restaurants in Malaysia …

At least the staff should say "wait awhile" or tunggu while he layan another. The issue is, the staff simply answered like that. Mangkuk la so many komen like defend here and there.... Many commentators here are otak mangkuk also.

Agama tak ajar adab ke?

Msia express bus companies treat their bus like aircraft. Must full time ON-THE-ROAD.

My friend pernah experienced, 11pm bus, the bus still stucked somewhere on LPT at 1am. Bus company no arrangements, no replacement. U just wait there lah.

yea. one staff life made hard by his other colleagues not following SOP. sometimes I kecian those in frontlines but clueless coz there's inadequate information when customers come and enquire.

I heard bus drivers here tend to break SOP / eg take detours pick up other passengers, or drop off items to friends/loved ones halfway through the journey. Thats why the schedule all lari.

Maybe staff has been asked too many times.
Maybe staff dont know when the bus is gonna arrive.
Maybe staff dont understand.
Maybe staff tired.
Maybe staff bad mood, didnt get from wife.
Maybe staff attending to another customer (in blue cap).
Maybe staff have urgent matter to attend.

but one thing not maybe, but FOR SURE, is as front end service customer, THIS IS NOT the service level he should be giving out.

Can always say, "Sorry sir, i dont understand"
Sorry sir, can you wait your turn.
Sorry sir, can you wait a moment.

TBS should train their staff to interact with customers better.
Already train? then training not enough? not adequate?
Or just staff issue. According to twitter, other people also had issue with the same staff previously.

yes. You will see drive pickup at random places. I guess that is their pocket money.

Stop defending the staff la ~ if the warga asing or questioner misbehaving or did something unwanted, the staff should already call the nearby security/guard (keselamatan) to take action ~ but why he behaved like that?
