BU road originally can park 1 car in between 2 houses without blocking gate, but now many houses go and extend their gate. Cant park in between already.

Is there any condo with 0 leftover parking space? Until need to fight whenever a parking lot becomes available?

only issue is ppl not willing to pay the monthly rental of rm100-200 a month or maybe too fat lazy walk cos further from block etc...
so just park outside on road or nearest mbpj lots...then leave in morning before saman starts...

Legally it's wrong but u know la Malaysia operates on gray area. Usually if no block road or entrance people will just close 1 eye. But from time to time sure got some retard cincai park block people's car or entrance...then that time people will complain and come saman etc. But saman etc is still cheaper than buying or renting a new car park slot...

got some landed house because some stay 1 family, each person 1 car, then they go park the cars nearby or at the side of your/neighbor house

take PJS 2 for example, if got trash lorry wanna go in and out also susah because even corner also wanna park car

if stay at landed house e.g. Rimbayu area that got wide space then can accommodate 2-3 cars in their driveway

Yes, this route is very tempting and definitely exhilarating.

But the proper way to screw with these degenerates are to spam complaints and o the local town council and get those cars removed.

if i am not wrong, parking along the road ie on solid yellow/white lines is an traffic offence with saman to be issued by polis. local council ada give a fk?

There's actually an easy solution. Make it legal for any Malaysian to damage or destroy any car parked illegally.

thing is, he complaint about lack of ample parking for Transit Oriented Developments (TODs) condo - lrt is basically a 5-10 minutes away from the place.

But thats not the point right? Dont buy or rent, or buy an additional vehicle if there is not enough parking lots. How is this not basic common sense?

no problem to buy an additional vehicles, just make sure don't park the car illegally, instead look for parking where there is parking

its more of a mentality and enforcement issue
one retard will purchase an additional car and park on the roadside illegally, then there is no enforcements and the other residents will do the same as the first retard

if the illegally parked car is towed away everyday, nobody will park at that area anymore
