True. Alot of new condo throw 10k Reno and rent out higher but struggling to rent out because not many can afford.

Compare to just bare unit rent lower, it's easier to rent out but low cost.

Renting out room is much more easier to rent out whole unit.

They stay new unit, plus reno nice nice for them..

i rather spend reno on my own house..

I went to 2 iqi talks.. friend invite.. wah inside the talk they showcase live award ceremony got ppl get rolex la, macidy la, holiday trip la etc ... like easy to achieve kind.. i saw so many ppl sign up during the seminar.. many around our age group late 40s to late 60s/70s.. many also lost their job so desperate for income - easy money... i was thinking so many property to see meh? So many rich investor buy meh? Hmmm.. looks easy during seminar talk...
