Susah now for many factors: My observation: That area alone got 7-8 condo nearby. Really ggwp Because too many condo surrounding, weekdays if keluar pagi jem macam haram While that area is not banjir, you jalan a bit suda reach banjir area Rm2200 at shah Alam can rent landed already. Unless for people who really insist on duduk condo for amenities

Average Malaysian can only afford rent starting from RM800-RM1800.

From what I hear there's this underground dragon that deals with property rental. Whoever can get in contact with any of the dragon scales can rent their property higher than market price. It comes with risk but in today's world no pain no gain.
