New condo here cybejaya 1k sqft developer wanna sell rm450-600k. Laku.

Older subsale condo same size wanna sell rm220-300k. Tak laku. No one want even at half the price.

Just think about it. You buy 400-600k new condo. Next time 5-10-15-20 years you wanna unload for retirement/cashout who wanna buy your old condo? Ppl prefer buy new frm developer at double your price.

Game is rigged.

The only one winning is developer, gomen(for selling land to dev), banks, lawyers, real estate agents. You are at the bottom feeder of this vicious cycle
