In 2025, nobody buy prop to flip. not worth flip anymore unlike boomers times. now either you rent or start a family buy with wife for own stay.

ps: i also stay Sha Aleh because it's near to federal highway to subang jaya area. i buy landed. so far so good. federal highway if wake up late really need to request wfh. jam like fark.. reach office almost lunch time.. owai
