Susah now for many factors:

My observation:

That area alone got 7-8 condo nearby. Really ggwp
Because too many condo surrounding, weekdays if keluar pagi jem macam haram
While that area is not banjir, you jalan a bit suda reach banjir area
Rm2200 at shah Alam can rent landed already. Unless for people who really insist on duduk condo for amenities

Then this residensi hijauan, alam sanjung and V residensi got completed
The whole area become more jam like fak
